The awards presentation will be held on April 23, 2006 at Saint Mary's Cathedral, in Lansing. Registration begins at 1:00 pm with the ceremony starting at 2:00 pm. All awards will be presented at this time, no awards will be mailed to packs or troops prior to the ceremony.
